Delivery charges
  • Orders for $500 or more – free delivery
  • Otherwise, delivery charges to the venue as follows:
    • 0-5 km from CBD $25
    • 5-10 km from CBD $35
    • 10-15 km from CBD $45
  • $50 surcharge on Sundays
  • Additional charges may apply on public holidays 
  • Other locations price on request and quote
  • Alternative options by request only
Our general terms
  • Staff hire is not included in the self-service menu price
  • No service or set up is provided from the Busy Bake staff for the self-service menu items and service is provided by you.
  • All serving utensils are to be provided by the venue unless arranged with Busy Bake prior to delivery.
  • If you would like to hire crockery and cutlery for your event, please contact Busy Bake for a quote. All equipment hire will be delivered with the catering.
  • At Busy Bake, we use high-quality disposable platters for all our delivered orders. A representative must be available to sign for the delivery at the agreed time and no catering orders will be left unattended.
  • Food is delivered cold to the venue.
  • Delivery details and prices are detailed under Delivery Charges.
  • We make all food platters fresh on the day of your function to suit the exact number of guests on the order. Please advise Busy Bake of the expected guest numbers as soon as possible.
  • No reduction in guest numbers will be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
  • Payment is required prior to delivery
  • If there are any other requirements for your function, please call our staff at any stage for a quote.
